And no, there’s no electric-shock risk in normal use: the system has built-in safety protections and shuts down safely, especially when installed by a qualified professional.
Can it be installed outdoors?
Yes. The charger is designed for indoor or outdoor installation with an IP-rated, weather-resistant build.
Do I need a site survey?
A quick site check helps us confirm the best location, cable routing, and electrical requirements so the installation is safe and smooth.
How long does installation take?
Most installations are completed quickly once requirements are confirmed, Installation is complete within 24 hours.

How do I set the charger to only work at night when electricity is cheaper?
Use the scheduling feature in the main menu. You can set different schedules for weekdays and weekends, and choose whether to use solar power or grid power at different times. If the car is plugged in, charging will start and finish automatically.
